• El Roy's Tex-Mex is open above LeRoy's Lounge at 201 S. Leroy St. Baja shrimp tacos, burritos, fajitas, quesadillas, house-made queso, and signature margaritas, served Wednesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM, per Banana 101.5 and the restaurant's own site.
• Cascara Coffee is coming to downtown Fenton. The Michigan coffee company, which already operates cafes in Clio and Rochester Hills, will open its third location at 104 S. Leroy St. in the former Bridge Street Exchange building, with coffee, pastries, and catering. The opening was announced in September with no date yet, per Banana 101.5 and What Now Detroit.
• Don Felipe Mexican Restaurant #3 is on the way at 3214 Silver Lake Rd. Announced in early March in the former El Pato's storefront, with remodeling expected to take about five to six months, owners have told fans to stay tuned for a date, per The Lasco Press and Banana 101.5.
• 2941 Mediterranean Street Food is returning to Fenton. A "Coming Soon" sign is up in the West Silver Lake Road plaza near Buffalo Wild Wings, which would bring back the shawarma, kebab, falafel, and flatbread favorite after the original location closed in fall 2025, per The Lasco Press.
• Town Center Family Dental marked its grand opening in Linden. The new dental practice's opening was noted in the city council's September 14, 2026 recap, a useful sign of Linden village's growing roster of local services for buyers relocating to the area, per the council recap.
